San Felipe: The Gateway to the Sea of Cortés
The beaches of this natural area are amazing extensions with oscillations created by the tides. Recognized as the shrimp capital of Baja California, in this exceptional place you can visit the numerous caves with cave paintings and make eco-tours to the Valle de los Gigantes to see the cacti that measure more than 17 meters high. You can also find places to camp on the beach and be in contact with the sea breeze, gaze at the mountains of the Sierra de San Pedro Mártir which highest peak measures 3,070 meters tall.
